MB timetable is out and I've just been thinking about the best approach to preparing for it. I went back to check my book and OMG, this book is loaded. Below is just an excerpt but I assure you there's so much more to gain. It covers every aspect of exams preps.

Laughter lowers cortisol. A good meme mid-study might actually help you remember better

Omo, med school is testing my limits again. Timetable just dropped, and suddenly, “balance” feels like a myth. I promised to post daily till year’s end—now discipline is fighting fatigue. But something shifted this week, and I learnt why intensity always loses;

Too much caffeine raises cortisol and blocks adenosine — your brain’s “rest signal.” More isn’t better. Sip smart

Short naps (20–30 minutes) improve alertness and memory consolidation. Just don’t nap too long — you’ll drift into deep sleep and wake groggy.
