.@nttwconf has been an important conference for FFmpeg and Open Source multimedia preservation. FFmpeg is extremely important in the preservation community as they need a long-term method of decoding files. @nttwconf led to the standardising in @ietf of the FFV1 codec.

Have any of the institutions leaving X declared an archive strategy for their posts? Web archiving by @internetarchive does not work so well for these commercial and dynamic interfaces. So self-archiving would be essential (due to GDPR it's easy) I hear almost nothing about this
