South Korean President Yoon has been impeached over his decision to impose martial law last week. He will lose authority but stay in office while the Constitutional Court hears the case. PM Han Duck-soo, who is also under criminal investigation, will be acting president.

Since the last vote, at least 7 of Yoon's party have said they would vote for impeachment this time. 8 votes from his party are needed to reach the two-thirds threshold.

South Korea's parliament is about to vote for the second time on a motion to impeach president Yoon Suk Yeol over last week's short-lived martial law decree. Yoon's party boycotted the first vote but says they will participate this time, though still oppose impeachment.
