In its interim report, ICI breaks down amount of money delivered to Co's alleged residences. Each delivery needs at least 7 vehicles, each with 5-6 large luggage. Each luggage could contain P50 million. In 2022, 5 deliveries made; 2023, 4; 2024, 6, 2025, 1. @manilabulletin

According to former DPWH engineers Henry Alcantara and Brice Hernandez, Villanueva also asked them in 2022 to build a mutipurpose bldg that was budgeted P1.5 billion, but only at a cost of P600 million. Villanueva, in a statement, maintained his innocence. @manilabulletin

JUST IN: ICI has sent another subpoena to former congressman Zaldy Co, who continues to snub its invitation for him to attend the flood control projects investigation. ICI Exec. Director Brian Hosaka said subpoenas were sent to Co’s Pasig and Bicol residences. @manilabulletin
