One recommendation from a humble oline coach, “all-star” camps should stress drill work over “highlight” videos for social media engagement . If you are a talent evaluator, a drill like this will show you more than in three reps than running one-on-ones endlessly.

Really good reps here by @gregpatrick75 . Gregory has a really good feel for hat, hands, & foot in the ground strike - “four point strike.”. The “angle drive” drill has become a foundational drill in my coaching. It teaches kids basic footwork at different angles and space.

Edward has been coming to oline training now for over a year. Great potential in this young one! Good natural bend and feet along with great length. Just scratching the surface right now.

When Notre Dame landed the top three offensive linemen in Michigan, the Irish saw something not every other program did. How Joe Rudolph's approach and these linemen's desire to chase something bigger drew a line to South Bend.
