Starbucks has fired 75+ pro-union workers.
The company has earned 300+ unfair labor practice charges.
It refuses to offer equal pay increases to workers at 200+ stores. Nor will it bargain with its union members.
Calling it "co-creating" may be a stretch.
We've embarked on a journey, alongside partners, to co-create the future of Starbucks. This includes a “reinvention” of the company, designed to improve the lives of partners, the experience of customers, and the health of our communities. (1/2)
Here’s a piece on three of the pro-union workers that Starbucks has fired. The “justifications” the company provided were absurd, and each case is a clear-cut example of corporate America’s freedom to bully and abuse workers.

So what I take away from this is that the people that are pro-union suck at their jobs and that's why they want a union. Got it, thanks!

One of the reasons my daughter left Starbucks was she no longer felt valued as an employee. She became "a cog". The managers could no longer protect baristas from abusive customers. Partner input was no longer sought. She used to like working there. Now she won't go in one.

Just like any WEALTH making venture, does anyone expect the guy who wants 'MORE" to Play Fair? GREED is what drives people today, not humanity.
