Twitter is poison. This app does nothing but fuel my anger and hatred and it’s mostly from bots. I got my twitter back on just to hate everything about it. The music era before that cocksucker musk bought this was legendary. I’ll take my leave here , gonna delete this.

You first gotta admit to yourself it’s affecting your life. Sounds simple but I tried 6 timed and then was like wait … . Next cut out triggers, for me it was video games. Then develop new habits (workout etc) . Stay hydrated & work on ya sleep schedule. This is how I did it.
@jonswaii how do you suggest quitting? i’m in a very similar boat especially for how long i’ve been doing it.

I’ve been smoking since I was 13. I’m 31. I started because I wanted to get high & continued because I liked avoiding my anger. I’m 20 days off for the first time since I was 13 and I’ve never felt this level of clarity. I suggest you do the same if you’re in my shoes.
