Doesn’t seem too hard a concept to me that if you have zero control over how long repairs will take because it’s not actually YOUR shit that’s broken, you shouldn’t be giving your customers an estimated repair time.

I’m exceptionally pissed because at 7:30pm the eta was 2:00 am. At 2:00am it was 4:00am. Then 8am. Then noon. Now 2pm. It’s the moving goal posts that are pissing me off.
