Crikey I feel really really tired, after being away last week and walking so much, I wasn't going to run today, was going to make Wednesday my first run back...I'm happy I did run but worn out now

Well time rolls by so fast, we returned home on Friday and it seems so long ago....hope to run in the morning....Will soon need my head torch as its darker in the mornings. I really miss longer daylight hours....darkness is too sad 😔

We booked next September as we left the hotel do have may and then to look forward to, but the May break could have to be moved as the battery on my ICD is running low and will need replacement 🙃 hope it is much earlier of after were away

Back to my routine, my Costa is just the best, the one I visited in Norwich wasn't so good, they weren't taking or giving beans so couldn't use any free drinks, they had no dishwasher so paper cups and cake on tissue and it was a dull venue

Funny thing time, when I look back things seem so much closer and distances between events seem unnaturally close but far...I think back to my first marriage in 1986 and then my dad's passing, it was just 12 years later in 1998....
