Today was a very very hard day. Saying goodbye to my mum was desperately sad. Miss her smile, her love, her wit.

Crikey I feel really really tired, after being away last week and walking so much, I wasn't going to run today, was going to make Wednesday my first run back...I'm happy I did run but worn out now
