I know this effort has been a LONG time coming, and there are so many people who made it possible. I’m grateful for Council President White and Councilman @rahmanj for getting the project across the finish line. Also, thanks to Mayor John Delaney for establishing the Better
Phase 1 of the Old Middleburg Road Widening Project is finally underway 🚧 Phase 1 will expand the road from two to four lanes, from 103rd St. to Parman Rd., with Phase 2 continuing to Argyle Forest Blvd. There will also be improved drainage, sidewalks, and bike lanes added.
