I want to update everyone that SSM Health reached out and has corrected our billing error. Thank you!.
I absolutely hate doing this, but I feel like I've tried everything with no results. @SSMHealth entered the wrong Insurance Member number on our 1 year old daughter's bill and charged us $2,500 after the claim was rejected. I've called for 2 months and nothing has been fixed.

@SSMHealth One thing I want to add @SSMHealth - your customer billing support people have been great. They tell me they've escalated it as much as they can. I thank them and then wait & wait. And meanwhile you are really good at telling credit collections we haven't paid. BUT WE WANT TO!.

So @SSMHealth - all I want to do is get our bill submitted correctly to our insurance company so YOU can get paid. All I need is for you to fix the error, submit it to our insurance, and we're done. Instead, we're getting contacted by credit collection services. PLEASE fix this!.
