I'm sure it doesn't actually achieve that resolution, but with it's silly general MIDI sound library, ability to independently loop each line, and have one line control the tuning and instrument selection of another line, ...

NoteWorthy Composer is music notation software from the 90s that, for some reason, you can write 128th notes at whole note = 750 BPM and divide semitones into 8192 pitches.

"Studies for NoteWorthy Composer" is a large collection of musical sketches – mostly of simple processes carried out to an extreme – that I made from 1997 to 2006. I hope to release it bit by bit over the next few years.
