Great news, you can connect a Gameboy printer to a Playstation 1's controller port with only passive components. Probs doable on a few other s too!.(Doesn't fix the print feed mechanism though π)

Okie doke, that's shallows dealt with!.Same routine, with the volumes. (You can change them permanently, but then everything's water, and you're stuck with that lol).Easy patch, just one thing left to do:

So next, patch the "what type of volume is the thing I'm trying to swim into check". Basically get the type for a volume, try to swim into it, then find the swimmy function and patch it. Almost there, but there's one or two edge cases left, such as being in shallow water:

TR2 Remaster - anatomy of a fly patch. Maybe kinda niche, but the mechanics are interesting!. The first step is to patch out the surface crossing check, but now she's limited to the area above the water volume. (Winston seems unbothered, I guess he's seen some shit?)

Curiously, while you can stand inside solid doors, and peek with the fly cam, there's still some sort of blocker until the door's properly opened.

Interesting TR2 find. These windows are objects, not static geo. You can patch it to walk through them without fucking up occlusion. I never noticed in the originals ('cause they're flat), but if you hit something and she "oof!"s, it's geo. If she keeps running, it's an object.
