Using the default tags here because, what do you mean we missed this? I love hearing stories of how children of the Filipino diaspora discover the beauty of their roots and decide to harness the wealth of Filipino cultural identity. @SB19Official #SB19

That's an good theory, but the truth is I got pulled into a project by @oksoitsgino to sing baritone for a Hanggang Sa Huli cover during the Gameboys era! I'm the one in yellow clothes, circled in red. It was my introduction to SB19. Since then I wanted to do a choral version!
This is the New York City Otaku Choir. Now we know that the choir master is half ethnically Filipino but I wonder if part of the reason they chose HSH was its animated music video. Could they have seen it? @SB19Official #SB19

you didn’t even need to share it yourself for people to show it love, @jonahsahn 🤍 it’s so cool to see what my friends are doing when it comes to sharing SB19, P-pop, and OPM as a whole to international audiences 🥹

Brawl remains GOATed🤩❤️🔥So much so that the opening theme was the first song Otaku Choir ever learned and rehearsed together! It still hits even after performing it live! Check it out in the link below!👇🏾Also, I’m the Tenor soloist for the song👀 https://t.co/5AoTEuH2AD

And it showed. I remember hearing it during the credits and being like "omg they did a fully orchestrated version" -- and, mind you, it MIGHT have existed before 1999, but if it did WE in the US didn't have access to it as FF concerts didn't start here until the 2000s.
Nobuo Uematsu says the Final Fantasy main theme reached its final form by Final Fantasy VIII Up until then he had been working on parts of the main theme bit by bit with each release. He says by FF8 it reached a form he could call complete! https://t.co/dj99b2KNPK

After whole year of rehearsals and then 2 big concerts in one week, this is how I am disconnecting. Next month I'm going to Japan for a VACATION.
