In the spring of ‘64 theaters across the US & Canada were showing closed circuit broadcasts of the Beatles’ concert in Washington DC, which we’ve got here in (I think) the Victoria Memorial Arena in Victoria, BC. And a couple of hours later, perhaps Lou Thesz vs Don Leo Jonathan.
@TheLapsedFan Go see the Beatles in the afternoon and wrestling later that night. What a time to be alive!
