This reminds us that markets thrive not on charity alone, but on incentives. When individuals pursue their own interests within fair competition, society at large gains. In other words, we don’t eat because the baker is kind, we eat because he seeks to prosper.

When Adam Smith wrote that “it is not from the benevolence of the butcher or the baker, that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own interest,” he captured the heart of how markets work.

Possession-based doesn't mean we control every step of the player or drill patterns, that would limit their creativity, instead, we build on principles, the players apply the principles based on their creativity and strengths.

The 'process' word is made fun of a lot in FT. Anything that requines to be done in a certain way requires process, you want to learn how to play football in a particular way, you have to go through a process, learn baking? Through a process. Lean how to write? Process.

Watching pro teams is great. Copying them blindly? Not so much. You're not in their team meetings. You don't know the why, only the what. Without context, you're just applying tactics without purpose.
