Regardless of what drama we know or don’t know. Iowa and Coach Brands are legends in the sport. They deserve their flowers. I am not on anyones side, but wrestling is better off with Coach Brands in it. Question the situation? Sure. Attack them as a whole? No way. Go Bucks.
If Spencer Lee didn’t choose Iowa, would HWC even exist?.

Driving clinic to clinic I’ve noticed some states gate keep getting better only for their club. States like OH, PA, and NJ do not close their room to other wrestlers. They invite everyone to come train. These other states don’t want outsiders getting better and it hurts everyone.

Between the months of June and July I have 45 different wrestling clinics. I would love to film the entire time on the road along with @greentoepalacio . If any young videographers have free time this summer…lmk.

Posted this after CSU announced they were dropping their program. People say wrestling is such a family but I hardly see people asking about Josh Moore or where the kids are going. Wrestling just accepts its slow death. No one will panic until a power 5 drops.
Every time a program gets cut we have all this motivation for a few weeks, then everyone just accepts the programs fate and we continue our lives. EMU, ODU, Fresno etc fade into “oh ya I forgot they had a program”. We get pushed around by athletic departments because we allow it.

Wrestling world: we are a pretty niche sport and I enjoy supporting wrestling owned companies. @ModernWrestler just started a page and they design wrestling chains/bracelets etc. I like when people in our sport get creative and do unique things so show some love 💯.

Honestly if JO is gonna gas me, I might as well pay it forward. Some of favorite clinicians out there (besides JO and myself 😎): @greentoepalacio @jasonnolf @HighlightHump Bryce Meredith and Mitch Clark. There’s others, but these guys make wrestling fun while teaching.
If you have space or availability or just looking for a clinician with great energy, great delivery, and knows his wrestling…. My man @johnnidijulius is one of the best in any room ive ever seen! ENERGY CANT BE MATCHED! I have so much dang fun at his clinics myself 😂.
