Thanks to @myfirstmilpod I learned of @WillGuidara’s book. Just getting started, but initial reactions: 1) holy cow, this guy is a phenomenal writer/story teller & 2) this is the way “Whatever you do for a living, you can choose to be in the hospitality business” amen!

@dvdsgl I've led price increases as a product manager and from the marketing comms perspective. It's one thing to shift company priorities/pricing models (that's your prerogative), but the comms treatment from this side simply sucks. And it's so easy to do it better.
