If your organization could benefit from an uplifting presentation about overcoming adversity, and the importance of a positive mindset, I would love the opportunity to share my story with your team. Visit for my booking information.
Areas highlighted in red are shocked that an NFL kicker missed a short game winning field goal. Areas highlighted in blue have experienced it too many times.
For everyone who screamed about law and order this past summer, (myself included), you’d better not be silent today. What we are witnessing is disgusting. Send in the military and end this madness.
The whole Kirk Cousins kerfuffle today is proof that far too many people are so intellectually and emotionally fragile that they cannot handle another person’s opinion that doesn’t match theirs. People were angry today about nothing.
Tonight was truly one of the greatest nights of my life. Thank you all for the kind words. The camera did not zoom in enough to see my watery eyes. Love you all.

Absolute kudos are owed to our Minnesota National Guard. They got a seemingly uncontrollable situation under control tonight. We should all be so proud of them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Governor Dayton has ordered that the I-35W Bridge in Minneapolis be lit purple on Friday and Saturday to show Purple Pride ahead of the big game.

Today is National Purple Heart Day. It’s the medal I never wanted to earn, but I'm proud to have it and very thankful to be alive to tell about it. Life is so good you guys.

Had the awful experience of saying goodbye to my father today. Of everything he taught me, I think my favorite thing is to always laugh, especially when times are tough, because laughter will help you get through anything, even losing your Dad.
Damnit I am going to miss you.…
This is my friend Bryan McDonough who was killed on 12/2/06 near Fallujah, Iraq. He was a fantastic soldier and one of the funniest guy I've ever met. He was always the life of the party and helped make each day in Iraq entertaining.
#RIPBrother
This is my friend James Wosika Jr. who was killed near Fallujah, Iraq on 1/9/07. He sacrificed his life to save the rest of his squad from an IED. Always smiling. He loved sports and snacks, and he actually had a dance he’d perform while mixing Grape Kool-Aid.

President Biden did not invade Ukraine, and anything short of US military intervention would not have prevented this. Place the blame where it belongs, on Vladimir Putin.
If you’re are not busy on Saturday, check out the NHL Winter Classic on TNT. I am raising the flag during the national anthem at approximately 6:11 PM. Yes, it’s going to be cold, but I don’t need to worry about frostbite on my feet.
This is my friend Corey Rystad who was killed on 12/2/06 near Fallujah, Iraq. He's literally the kindest person I've ever known. His loves were UND Hockey and the outdoors.

’s and my 14th “Alive Day” which is the anniversary of 12/02/2006, the day we were badly wounded and nearly died in Iraq, and the day our lives changed forever.
He quickly left when he saw that he was being charged $15 for the glass of milk and cookies and $9 for the carrots for his reindeer, and realized that none of it was going to be spent on free agents.
Why is it that when you attempt to pass a slow driving Minnesotan on the interstate they suddenly decide to drive like it is the final lap of the Daytona 500?

’s and my 16th “Alive Day” which is the anniversary of December 2, 2006, the day we were severely wounded and nearly died in Iraq, and the day our lives and the lives of 4 families changed forever.
Generals in the US Military are required to retire on the first day of the month after turning 64 years old. It is ridiculous that our two options for Commander in Chief in the 2024 election are 17 and 13 years above that.
We are especially looking forward to the 2019 Vikings season because we will be welcoming a new fan this summer...Unfortunately they will be in for a lifetime of disappointment as a MN sports fan.
This is my friend Corey Rystad who was killed on 12/2/06 near Fallujah, Iraq. He was always so calm under pressure and literally the kindest person I’ve ever known. He loved the outdoors and sports, especially UND hockey.

Happy Purple Heart Day to all who have shed blood for our nation. It's the medal I never wanted, but proud to have earned. Thankful to be alive.

This is my friend Bryan T. McDonough who was killed on 12/2/06 near Fallujah, Iraq. He was an excellent soldier and ridiculously funny guy. Bryan always kept us laughing and made our deployment much more enjoyable.

This is my friend Jimmy Wosika Jr. who was killed on 1/7/07 near Fallujah, Iraq. He was a great leader who sacrificed his life protecting his men from a Vehicle Borne IED. Brave, kind, funny and generous are the best ways to describe him.

Every day that I wake up I am thankful to live in the United States of America. She is far from perfect, but still the greatest country on planet earth. Let’s enjoy this day to celebrate our freedom. 🇺🇸
11 years ago today was the worst day of my life but it taught me so much. I know that I could spend forever wishing that it never happened but that would accomplish nothing. What I am in control of is my attitude today and it’s up to me to make the best out of it.

This has been the craziest Vikings season of my adult life. But, I’m fully prepared (and expecting) the train to derail in a heartbreakingly spectacular way.
I had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at a Twins game on May 15. It was 15 years after I threw out the first pitch while I was on leave from Walter Reed Medical Center. This side-by-side is a perfect example of what beer and snacks can do to a physique. 😂
SHE SAID YES!!! I am so thankful that I get to spend the rest of my life with
@Kayla_86
. She has become my best friend and I have never been happier and more excited for life. Huge thanks to
@jjpesis
and
@ContinentalMN
for helping me select this beautiful ring.
This is my friend Corey Rystad who was killed on 12/2/06 near Fallujah, Iraq. He was one of the most genuine, kind dudes that I’ve ever known. He loved the outdoors and sports, especially UND hockey. He had planned on becoming an X-Ray Technician after Iraq.

I was so dumb to start to believe in this team. Cousins is not good (but 900x better than Keenum), our offensive line is horrendous, our defense is overrated and the team is never prepared for an even remotely big game.
@MNNationalGuard
Walz today: "I don’t think the mayor knew what he was asking for...I think the mayor said, 'I request the National Guard, whew, this is great. We’re going to have massively trained troops.' No. You’re going to have 19 year olds who are cooks."
Enjoy this Memorial Day weekend and don’t feel guilty about it. The perfect way to honor those who gave their lives for our freedom is to enjoy it to the fullest with the people you love. 🇺🇸

I don’t know a heck of a lot about Dallas Turner, but it’s good to know that the Vikings now have a Linebacker who is equipped to stare straight into the next eclipse.
