Big facts. In reviewing the analytics and data for hundreds of websites, I can say that the look and feel are crucial to the web experience. Folks love pretty things. Visually appealing products that function well and have the easiest path to conversion will always.
Had a really interesting conversation with a business owner this week. We were talking about his rebrand and the overall goal for this project. His primary need was to level up recruiting efforts. He wanted to attract top talent, but his path for getting there starts with.
