Saddened to hear of the passing of @Grumbletwat aka Adrian Schiller. He was in the best play of last year "The White Factory" @MaryleboneTHLDN and was undoubtedly one of the best things about the production. https://t.co/ip9uPGy2PH Condolences to his family

Incredible @ScottishPower! Even when I want to give you money you make me wait. Pointless saying on the phone line that the online system is quicker. Also thanks to the member of the complaint team who said they would ring me a week ago & still hasn't bothered. @SP_EnergyPeople

People calling for the head of #PaulaVennells on a spike because she lied to Parliament. I'm afraid that's what happens when no action is taken against politicians who do the same. It becomes perceived as OK to do so.

Am I the only theatre reviewer who isn't tying their underwear in knots over "Opening Night"? Haven't seen it; don't intend to. But not sure why the show has been praised highly by some, reviled by others & both camps feel the need to apologise for their naturally subjective view

Recent travels - location 12: Iguazu Falls, Brazilian side. Just as Niagra separates the USA and Canada so #Iguazu is the border between Argentina and Brazil. The view from the latter is not so extensive but, if possible, even more spectacular. And yes, we did get a bit wet

Recent travels - location 12: Iguazu Falls, Argentinian side. The sheer amount of water is absolutely staggering. Niagra has 4 waterfalls, Victoria has 5 - Iguazu has 275!

Recent travels - location 11: Buenos Aires. A bit like Paris, Madrid and Vienna all rolled into one yet somehow uniquely itself. Eva Peron and Maradonna still revered, rampant inflation, gigantic steaks and tango

‘Takes just about everything you love (&, indeed, hate) about theatre in 2024, adds a dash of wicked dramatic parody & finishes with potshots at nearly every topical issue you can think of.’ @johnchapman398 reviews @greatest__play at @ORLTheatre #RT. https://t.co/KQXZfBUkSZ

Exactly 1 year ago today I wrote that Daniel Rigby's performance in "Accidental Death Of An Anarchist"by rights should win awards". https://t.co/WTNlHiV5d3 It is criminal that he doesn't appear in the Oliviers shortlist & I'm not alone @MatthewParker75 @loureviewsblog @SeanFoleyJ
