Docket 4008 is the last heavy hitting adversary case for tonight. Tomorrow I'll be posting a consolidated version of them. This case is seeking to claw back and expunge claims from the state of California to the effect of: +$2,766,831 to the Estate -$35,946,111.25 in Claims
A bunch of new adversary cases (20 so far) are rolling in seeking to claw back money ranging from six figures to low seven figures each. Many are against different states department of revenue. Some cases seek to not only claw back money but also expunge their claims.
