It’s crazy to see COVID-19 exploding in the USA when we could have slowed it down and kept it under control months ago. Don’t believe it’s real? Tell that to my mom who died within 6 days of getting it.
Our brains are wired to take the path of least resistance to conserve energy. Unfortunately sometimes this hurts us even more than just doing the work required to change.
You cannot move forward when
you identify yourself with your limiting beliefs or trauma.
Instead, identify with the person you want to become
and the mindset of that future self.
Treat your brain like a computer that needs reprogramming. The key for you is to continuously evaluate your results which tell you how the program is doing.
I’m curious. Do you have a morning daily success ritual to start off your day? I meditate And do a morning gratitude exercise Followed by an hour of physical exercise. What about you?
When I was 22 and living in Canada... I set a goal to move to California. It took me 17 years to get to San Diego and I know for sure that goals can become your reality when you relentlessly focus on them.
The question that changed my life was, "Are you interested in achieving your goals or are you committed?" If you're interested you'll do what's convenient, if you're committed you'll do whatever it takes. Are you interested or committed?
