OK. Daughter’s Halloween costume update. She nixed Dad’s idea (so much for Maleva the gypsy) and is now back to wanting to be The Wolf Man’s Daughter (guess I have to do a house on that one day). Except she wants it to be a cute costume (no mask). Any ideas?.

You Boils and Ghouls totally hooked me up last year. I’m thinking this will probably be the last year she wants to go trick r treating with her dad so need a dress hook up one more time…thanks!.

Now I know my kid & there’s no way she’ll wear an itchy werewolf mask for more than 30 seconds so I have a different idea. I think she should be Maleva the Gypsy as played by Maria Ouspenskaya (see pics for reference). So someone hook me up with a gypsy dress for a 10 year old!

This year she wants me to be “The Wolf Man” and she wants to be the Wolf Man’s daughter (ignore the fact that doesn’t exist in the Universal Monster Universe…I didn’t even tell her The Monster drowns Maria in “Frankenstein” so as far as she knows, Wolf Man’s Daughter is a film. .

OK. I’m need some crowd sourcing help again from you Boils and Ghouls. My daughter Addy stills wants to do “Dad/Daughter” Halloween costumes. Last year she was little Maria from “Frankenstein” (I was “The Monster”). You totally hooked me up on her dress…but she has a new idea….

I just killed an influencer/content creator long distance! Well, on film at least. Wonder what my kill count for that is now? (We’re filming all the video content for HHN Hollywood today).

My grandmother would also hide in a closet wearing one of my monster masks & wait till my siblings & I would come home from school, their jump scare the s#it out of us! But she wouldn’t stop there, she’s chase us down the street, around the corner, etc. She did this all the time.

I should mention that this was in the early 70’s, not that many years after the Manson murders! (Continued).

…she got some knives from the kitchen and a bottle of ketchup and positioned us around the living room, covered in blood (ketchup) with knives laying by our bodies. When my parents got home they thought all their kids were dead! (Continued).

1) My grandmother was babysitting my siblings and I on a rare “date night” for my parents. She thought it would be funny if we pretended that the entire family was murdered by a serial killer so….(continued).

Oooo. I’m looking at scenic progress pics for a house that hasn’t been announced yet (HHN Hollywood) and it looks soooo cool. Lots of variety of environments. This might be the dark horse of HHN 2025! . Now go back to whatever it was you were doing.

I see Art the Clown in the great tradition of Horror Slasher icons, which there hasn’t been many of late till Damien created Art. He deserves his place in that Horror pantheon and we’re grateful to Damien for trusting us with his creation.

I can now reveal that I saw Terrifier 3 here in Ireland on a Tuesday night…by myself (though the theatre was full). I was already working on the house at the time so it was research…and I expensed it. LOL I’m sure there was some accountant somewhere going, “What the #%%#!”.
