I did notice they allowed reentry which is great when you have a fan base camping as if it was a race weekend. That helps concessions because you could go back n forth & get food/drink at your campsite. These fans drove in & drove out. That also causes more traffic delays.

So with that, depending on planning, one could assume they didn’t prepare for the additional product & points of sale with the average visitor there planning to possibly bring food. Then you have a rain delay, so now they are bored & they eat more. That causes more demand.

Did a little deep dive into #SpeedwayClassic25 food issues. 1: this is a NASCAR track where normally you can bring in food and drink, see picture 1. 2: they followed MLB rules as this was an MLB event, therefore bag policy and food and drink was not permitted, see picture 2&3
