I think Alan Browne did himself no harm in that second half. Looked very positive. Wouldn't be the worst utility player to have.

I almost don't want them to change it at half time. Of course, they're going to, but I felt we were only just getting into our stride there. Could have easily scored 2 or 3 against really high-level opposition.

If speculation is to be believed and Lauriente and/or his agent tried to grab more money, then fair play to the club for having none of it. A lot has been made of our spending so far, but it's good to see we won't be taken the piss out of. We move on.

Jhon Lucumí is a ridiculously impressive CB. One of the most composed I’ve seen in 23/24. Insanely secure on the ball, receives bad passes and deals with them so calmly. Yes I know, I can’t stop speaking about Bologna’s players, there’s too many top performers to not mention them
