Today, three representatives from Dakota State University visited with students in Mrs. Winter's computer science classes where they got the opportunity to explore cybersecurity and computer science principles with hands-on activities. Looks like everyone had a great time!

📸 Today was LINK Crew Leader training day number one. Nearly 80 AHS students took part in training and team building activities in preparation for the 9th grade LINK Crew orientation on Thursday, August 24, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Looks like a ton of fun!

My CSP students have been working hard on some app projects.I have been put to the test by helping them brainstorm & debug. After a challenging bug, the students & I got it. The feeling this student had was on 🔥, I even got a 🤝. It was a good day! #mncodes

Bummed AHS couldn’t make it due to the snow but excited for the students and teachers who get to share how important CS education is to MN!

The AP CSP class had a visit at the Hormel Institute. The Cryo-electron microscope & super computer were a big hit. Students also experienced using a hub while programming using Python & Linux. Thank you Jeff, Kelly and Katie! @isd492 #mncodes @PackerPowerUp
