Yea, why does this MOVIE have plot or actors or a budget?? It just ruins it.
@DiscussingFilm They already ruined it by adding a 'plot' and 'actors.' The whole point of the Backrooms is isolation. Giving it a Hollywood budget and Chiwetel Ejiofor completely kills the liminal vibe. This is going to be a generic jump-scare fest

The trailer for 'BACKROOMS' confirms that we will see The Backrooms in the Backrooms movie. 🤯 What do you think of this decision? It's a bit odd that they would put the thing the movie is about in movie but🤷

The tape... the tape! There is tape, probably to located the null zone or no-clippinmg zone. There is also a way larger map of the Complex on the far left. The therapist is probably trying to no-clip through.

Ah yes, a re-creation of the iconic original Backrooms image posted to 4chan in 2019. In this found footage style, I honestly think this looks great and this only makes me more hyped.

Either Clark wants to leave or he's trying to locate the therapist. He is attempting to no-clip in again, but doesn't exactly know the ways.

Now this is interesting. We see our ASYNC hazmat suit people, fighting, I guess? Possibly samething gained control of one of them or they can't find a way out so they are fighting over getting violent or not. The background with the tropical tree picture also seems out of place.

Clark looks through a security camera. A security camera in the Complex... possibly being put up and watched by ASYNC? This also confirms this movie takes place in 1990.

Clark's therapist seemingly asks through the walls if he can hear her. This is probably what the poster with Renate's head against the wall is referencing.
