When people say “crypt is a scam!” they really mean foundations & founders scammed retail. Tokens were issued (in collusion with VCs) to crowdfund projects because no bank would ever give loans to ketamine / coke addicted slobs wearing sweat pants and crocs.
We were told for years that tokens were pseudo-equity, a wink and a nod from investors and founders that when clarity came token holders would be first class investors and be compensated for years of bag holding and that was all mainly a lie
