Crazy to think that this is my 12th consecutive 1km TT title. Proud to be able to wear the stripes again for another year. It wasn’t my best performance by a long way, and the race to Tokyo has just got a bit harder, but I can’t keep doing this without the amazing support of .

In 2018 why on earth are the @BritishCycling track nationals not being streamed live!? Especially when CycloCross nationals were streamed from a muddy field. There’s also plenty of gaps in the running to put adverts in from the sponsors if that was an issue.

Extremely happy with my 200m today, to dip under 10.5 and break the WR on the way to the national title feels pretty good! The surprised look on @danhenchy1's face after, showed it was as much as a surprise to him as me! #TrackChamps.

Great start to 2019. 1st win of the year in tonights 1k TT. Not without it's drama's though, managed to snap my cleat in a warm up effort, so had to swap legs! Then had a proper brain fart in the start gate ,miss counted the last 5 secs, Almost left standing! Got there in the end.
