The study involves an online survey which takes up to 45 minutes to complete. We’re developing and validating a measure of parental anxiety in the context of child feeding (FAM). 2/3

It’s not about sleep or memory but we’re developing a fascinating tool about parents’ anxieties about feeding their children. Please consider participating - thanks! @BGULincoln @PsycWellbeing https://t.co/TdyxRFGLGo

The government have very quietly suspended the Schools Fruit & Veg Scheme this week. For some children that may be the only piece of fresh fruit and veg they eat all day bar school meals. Would like more reasoning behind this @DHSCgovuk @Helen_Whately #SFVS

Remember that the power of no is extremely important! Allowing children to maintain bodily autonomy leads to less stressful mealtimes and an improved relationship with food. And we could all use less stress right now!

Is your child impossible to get to the table? Do they leave often during meals? Check for pressure- no one likes to be examined during every bite. Follow the Division of Responsibility at meals and everyone will be happier!

Alongside the latest research and some of the more theoretical aspects of feeding challenges, I also like to share practical strategies with you sometimes. This is one of my favourites. https://t.co/Ixxq9sU69N #pickyeating

In this article, I’m going to share a strategy which can help enormously with food anxiety: the visual menu. What is a visual menu? A visual menu is a method of communicating to your child
