Don't do revenue share unless sales cycle is quick. I should have made uncapped 10% for life off referring a $60B/yr company to a client,. Now negotiated down to $100k ish cap with a new CEO. This is business. Take flat fees.

Stop doing things for pedigree and prestige. And just do what makes money. For the last month I've been on a rampage of going after PE, VC, real estate funds, etc. While it feels good ego wise to work with these guys. Reality is they take like 6 months to make a basic decision.

Speaking with $45B AUM infrastructure private equity firm next week. Name another agency that can book these type of calls. Off of a fucking cold email. With NO personalization. But yea, go for someone cheaper. LOL

Every vendor I use, I make rich. Introduce them to at least 5-10 people. Then I get great pricing and treatment. Costs me nothing to do.
