Hola @PersonalAr necesitaría que su sitio, app o servicio de atención al cliente se comunique conmigo. A principios de agosto pedí El Paso a prepago y todavía no impacto (llamé 3 veces y me dijeron que estaba en proceso). Estamos próximos al cierre de facturación.
