#Day14: Women w disabilities must be empowered as they are often afraid to report abuse moreso if they are dependent on the abuser. Those with intellectual disabilities for e.g often do not report the abuse which goes on unchecked for a long time. #16DaysOfActivism

Floods ravage the country and everyone is thinking of their lives. Who thinks of persons with disabilities? Which rescue teams locate pwds? Yesterday we had a fruitful meeting with Chiefs and community leaders to identify pwds families and evacuation plan.
