I LOVE the idea of very small steps (yet progressive) in order to make it feel do-able. I'm embracing it and definitely going to pay it forward!

For me, a key action step is formal action planning. The first step is identifying the end goal. Then, identify the incremental steps toward that goal. But, FORMAL is a key word! #HRSSummit
