Lion Circuits becoming a seller of electronic components is maybe the only way out to make things cheaper, otherwise a partnership with local sellers. This will drastically reduce the cost, as shipping charges from Mouser/Digikey can be altogether removed. .

BoM Scrubbing from @LionCircuits turned out to be a great tool for sourcing components. Did not place the order as the cost of passives (L,C) is quite high for small board quantities. Like the way JLCPCB works with LCSC components, a similar strategy will work wonders for India.
