@SMARTBazaarIn finally reversed on June 27th (8 days later!). But the sheer rudeness of staff is astonishing. I wonder how they get away with consistently mistreating customers. Should've checked those Google reviews beforehand – they're clearly flooded with similar experiences.

Also, the same outlet treats every customer like a thief! 😠 Their security checks each item in your cart, no matter how big the bill. We've shopped at many Smart Bazaars, never seen such distrust. Check Google Maps reviews –they speak volumes about this store's terrible service.

The assistant manager's rude demeanor instantly changed when I said I am a journalist. Suddenly, smiles and an excuse about an "RBI rule" and a 7-day refund. He even admitted the complaint register was overflowing! What a scam! They need to fix their systems!.
