the people you look up to have insecurities too. and someone out there is looking up to you :).

i see posts like “am i still jirai if?”“is my makeup good enough?”. wear + do what makes you happy instead of only letting yourself be happy with other people’s validation. i’m terrible at makeup and only started really wearing it two years ago. i’m definitely still learning too.

i dont think of myself as anything special and always am shocked to hear others look up to me for jirai inspo etc. i barely even post my face , i can count the amount of times i’ve done so on my fingers. don’t be so hard on yourself and don’t decide your worth based on others.

i want to be transparent and show you what i look like without a filter , good lighting , etc. theres a lot of comparing yourself to others and feeling like others are ‘more jirai’ , when editing is so prominent in the community. not everyone looks exactly like they do online.
