I looked to the side of stage and saw David Bowie watching my show. A month later I get a call from him asking me to come to his show. I was only one allowed side stage. Thats how our friendship started. He had a sincere love for performance art. I miss him.

I bet most of you didn't know that I was the lead murder suspect in one of the most popular episodes of the X-Files. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson both came to my shows and hung out afterwards several times. I have a lot of photos somewhere.

I have been friends w/ Roger Daltry for over 30 years. He is one of the kindest people I know. I have been to many of his parties. The most memorable was on this date in 1994 for his 50th birthday at Carnegie Hall. Eddie Vedder and I brought him a cake. Happy 79th Roger ❤️☮️❤️

11 years ago Alice Cooper and @jimrosecircus1 played 3 sold out shows in London at the Roundhouse for Halloween .. I think the publicity really made a difference . England loves American style Halloween now. It has gotten very big and I love it.

Sheryl Crow was angry with Henry Rollins.Not sure why.They had a contentious back and forth.I stepped in the middle.A photographer came in and we all acted like a pro. After photo everyone was friends again. The newspaper photographer didn't know she was a peace maker.

Back stage at the Leonard Cohen concert I ran into Bette Midler.She asked if I would like to go to her show and would I sign a copy of my book "Snake Oil" for her daughter. I said hell yeah. Her P.A handed me 2 tickets. She said "bring the book and give to me after the show".
