Updated my zkwormholes (EIP-7503) implementation to allow for partial withdraws and re-usable addresses. I achieved it by making a new nullifier scheme which enables account based privacy. And it syncs nearly instant compared to UTXO based privacy systems (railgun, zcash,etc) :D
