Also with @drakefjustin EXECUTE opcode we dont have to any of this! Even if the data availability is stored else where. The state transition function is as safe as ethereum 😌 And we can even automatically list new rollups spinning up if detect they use the EXECUTE opcode :D

This is the hard part of crosschain interoperability, the state transition functions needs to be secure. Ideally you want the admin to *not* have the freedom to disconnect a rollup at any moment. With intro spection you can say:"rollup code changed? Disconnect it by default".

How to make any privacy protocols anonymity cross-rollup: 1) the merkle tree (the gigaBridge) -deploy your protocol on each rollup with each it's own merkle tree -send the roots to L1 (can be async :D) -L1 inserts those roots into its own merkle tree, making a tree of trees!
