I was forced to pay the entire course fee of ₹1,20,000 ❗Why I Am Posting This Now I genuinely tried to resolve this issue directly with Coding Ninjas for a long time. Since my concerns were not addressed, I am now compelled to raise this issue publicly.

❌ Calls and messages were ignored ❌ Sales representative became unreachable / blocked or changed number 📅 5 Nov 2024 • EMI started automatically, even though cancellation was already requested 📅 Oct 2025 • Due to fear of credit score damage and recovery actions,

👉 “You can attend the last class on the 16th; I will get it cancelled.” • Based on this assurance, I trusted that my cancellation would be processed. 📅 After 16 Oct 2024 Despite continuous follow-ups for a long time: ❌ Cancellation was not processed

• Requested course cancellation via: ✔ Phone call ✔ Message • Sales representative replied: 👉 “Main cancel krwa dungi” • My reply: 👉 “Theek hai ma’am” ➡ This clearly confirms that my cancellation request was made on time and acknowledged.

• Was clearly assured that cancellation within 7 days was allowed without any issue • Paid ₹5,000 as an initial amount to confirm my seat 📅 10 Oct 2024 (8:00 PM) • Attended the first orientation class 📅 15 Oct 2024 • Decided not to continue after reviewing the course
