Once the data model was laid out, @JeandeCampredon went on to build a custom web-app for the admin interface using @reactjs @apollographql and @MaterialUI, while @cracadumi and I refactored the mobile app to work with this new backend. Cajoo Shop was born 🛒.

Shopify soon became a bottleneck for feature development. We brainstormed an in-house solution and had 3 criterion:. - GraphQL API.- Flexible & reliable webhook system.- Cloud offering but open-source . And then @cracadumi reads this on HN:.

This allowed us to launch on both iOS and Android in only 5 weeks ⚡️ With a mobile app I developed myself using @reactnative . We had to be the first on the French market before competitors get there 🇫🇷 And we got good traction 🚀

Check out this library providing super fast bindings for LevelDB: Thanks @savvopoulos 🙏. I'd consider it as an option if you're frustrated by how slow AsyncStorage or even react-native-sqlite can be 😅.
