Having already achieved product market fit and attracting a sizable community, I believe now is the time for a $CREAM burn. I propose enabling decentralized governance, reducing total supply from 9M to 800k, and distributing the remaining rewards within the next 30 days.

Their distribution model and supply schedule lead to a lot of uncertainty though. Their circulating market cap of $31M stands in stark contract to their fully diluted valuation of $864M. The team has demonstrated a desire to fix this, exploring a time lock amongst other options.
