When kids appear to seek attention or control through undesired behaviors, what they really want is the ability to control themselves. They rely on adults to Co-Regulate with them. The more we share our calm, the more independent they will become to self regulate. #coregulation

I don't have any empirical research to prove this is true. But I've noticed the more excited teachers are about what they're teaching, the more excited students are about what they're learning.
