The festive period can be very challenging for people with #Longcovid particularly due to #fatigue and #PEM. The @ActAsOneBDC Long Covid Pathway have drop in sessions on for people in #bradford districts and #craven. Please speak to your GP in new year if not yet on the pathway❤️

3) However, as in @thecsp frontline we can support many patients with many conditions including infection. It just seems odd that we are most limited when supporting patients with pain, when as a profession we are one of the experts and there is a massive need to reduce med use

2) It is almost impossible to autonomously support older adults in the most appropriate way when can’t deprescribe many harmful medications that they are on for pain for instance, or prescribe some anticipatory medications for those entering last days of life. #patientcentered
