Bad teams beat themselves. A microcosm of the season in every single game. If Bowles stays then give up play calling. Grizzard no creativity. There are pieces in place but a change of guard in the division is coming. Thank for my vent talk

Special teams. Aside from the kicker. How many blocks shifted momentum and turned the game into a loss. Undisciplined in punt coverage. Silly penalties that wiped good returns

Defense. Back breaking plays couldn’t get off the field. How many 3rd downs just to get burnt. Either from no pass rush, no communication on the backside or blown coverage. Rookies tend to breakout against this team

Offense. The loss and regression of the interior offense line started a backslide. Inconsistent QB play, mid run game and no full arsenal of WR. Couldn’t score and beat sub 500 teams when everyone came back healthy

Coaching staff. Injuries are part of the game. It’s up to Bowles and the staff to scout, adjust and adapt. Special teams was thrown out the door by season end. Defense has been regressing since 2022. Grizzard couldn’t maximize the full offense down the stretch

Front office. Jason Licht has been the GM since 2014. A lot of good picks, UDFA, FA and trades. Yet since 2020 no player drafted made the pro bowl. Failure to address the pash rush and LB

A few closing remarks from top to bottom on an emotional rollercoaster Buccaneers team. I think the high mark was finally beating San Francisco. I was at that game, the MVP chants and energy had me dreaming but turned into a nightmare. 6-2 become a free fall
