Absolutely brutal subscription anti-pattern used by @EducativeInc. You must sign up for auto-renewal to get access, and there is no reminder prior to being charged. Lesson for us SaaS companies looking to prioritize customer experience vs. counting on folks to forget things.

Great thread on giving feedback folks! The only piece I would add:. Give feedback as close as possible to when you see a situation. This gives the individual a quick feedback loop to improve and they have a concrete example they can replay to do better next time.
Giving feedback is easy. Giving good feedback is SO hard. Iāve coached many low performers and given feedback on technical + behavioral situations. Some didnāt go the way I planned. But over time, I learned how to structure + deliver it well. 6 Tips Iāve Learned āļø.
