Former writer @ucbtny. Ghostbusters nerd. Repped by Sugar23 and Gersh.
Joined August 2013
I just found my old notebook from when I was 9 and started writing a script for Ghostbusters 3 (don't worry safe for kids I very clearly rated it PG). I edited a lot as I wrote, the studio exec in my head demanded PERFECTION.

I think creatives tend to have Reasons for pursuing the arts. Ivan Reitman was one of my Reasons. A comedic genius who put heart into everything he touched. I wanted to one day thank him for his inspiration & giving me a reason to keep fighting. My heart is broken. Rest in peace.

I'm nervous when I am not writing a pilot because it feels like I'm being lazy but I'm nervous when I am writing a pilot because I'm fairly certain it's garbage, what a fun job I've chosen!

for creating such a beautiful movie. You transformed my dreams into a reality and I am so thankful for that.

very strange to find out at last where these characters I've loved for so long ended up, and it's going to take quite a few more viewings for me to completely process that knowledge, but I feel a weird sense of peace about it. A heartfelt thanks to the cast and crew

I would be very into the idea of him starting up the business again, which seems to be what that post-credits scene was implying. If it is not obvious I absolutely adored this movie. It's the film I've waited my entire life to see and I was not disappointed one bit. It's

they have children? Winston said he did, and I have the feeling Ray never settled down or had kids, so that would mean Egon, Peter, and Winston have children or grandchildren for a potential sequel. Watching Winston enter the firehouse with the Ecto was incredibly emotional and

as his true love. And the second time I saw it I noticed Dana had on a wedding ring, and it looked like Peter did too! That detail meant everything to me. Seeing them receive their happily ever after made the child in me sob with joy. And it makes me wonder...did

and was kind of nervous about how I'd feel if they did, but I thought they did so in a very respectful, heartfelt, classy way that I hope he would've enjoyed. My favorite scene was Peter and Dana! The first time I saw it I had to try hard not to scream when Peter referred to Dana

for hesitating when Gozer asks if he's a god was by far the best joke in the movie for me. I adored the choice to incorporate Egon into the story as an invisible force, and when his hand wrapped around Phoebe's...yes, I sobbed. I wondered if they would CGI Harold into the film

very fun to live on the dirt farm. Podcast is freaking adorable and deserves a ton of love. Seeing Ray's Occult again was absolutely worth the wait of 30 years. Peter, Winston, and Ray's entrance is my favorite movie moment ever. Ray being shouted at by Peter and Winston

So my instinct is it's okay to post about Ghostbusters now that folks have had a bit of time to see it. Here are a few thoughts I had, but please be warned there are spoilers ahead! Phoebe is an amazing character who does a beautiful job of upholding Egon's legacy. It would be

I am good for one thing and that thing is irritating magicians into revealing their secrets, okay to be fair I've never done this but I'm pretty sure I'd be amazing at it.

I am shocked to be able to say that I'm represented at Gersh as of last night! My brain is trying to wrap itself around this fact but I'm very psyched to have such an amazing team going into the new year.

Tried capturing my thoughts on video after watching Ghostbusters & instead just got 5 straight minutes of me crying into my phone. There were lots of sniffles around me during the last 10 minutes, tons of emotions. Thank you @JasonReitman for this beautiful movie!

I’m certain this is obnoxious and I’m sorry but going to give this a bump because it’s later and maybe new people are checking Twitter now?

that hangs over my bed, & a photo that Dan Aykroyd signed. It is true I'm a nerd but I'm a Ghostbusters nerd & it's a scientific fact that's the best type of nerd you can be.

A few folks I forgot to tag, @MckennaGraceful @finnwolfhard @anniepotts & @joshgad is the voice of Muncher so I hope he doesn't mind if I include him too! And in case anybody doubts my sincerity here are pictures of my signed Ecto print from Ivan Reitman, the Gozer painting

on a girl who used to sit at the movies & be excited to watch the trailers because she was sure 1 day 1 of them would be for Ghostbusters 3. Okay I'm sorry I'm being an idiot but I would love to see this film with the people who created it!

angry with myself if I didn't even try, so I'm tagging @JasonReitman @gilkenan @Ernie_Hudson @dan_aykroyd @AlamoNYC (I noticed you did a giveaway for tickets, too late sadly, but only picked one woman, maybe you can add another to the list?) in the hopes somebody might take pity
