5 months from surgery & without the support of my coaches at tamucc, my friends and family I couldn’t have done it. I’ve learned -To rely on God to be the source of my strength -Persistence,grit,hardwork As I return to soccer, I’m only coming back better and stronger than ever.

Can’t believe it’s almost 7 weeks post my hip surgery! Been working and growing in a lot of ways. This journey has tested my patience, strength, and spirit but I’m coming back stronger. Grateful for every moment of progress and for what’s still ahead. ⚽️💪 #ComebackSeason

Today we had the privilege of cheering on Cilia Leal, in her pursuit to create opportunities and bring positivity to the Coastal Bend. As a part of the Honors Program, she had the opportunity to work in the community to spread her love for the game ⚽️

Against all odds, we pulled through! Injuries, down players, not feeling 100%, but we never backed down. Tied 2-2, 38 secs left, battled through double OT, & sealed the win in PENS⚽️⚽️⚽️. Round 1 ✅—on to the next! TY friends & family for cheering 📣 for us till the end too!!!
