Just a few thoughts from someone who’s been in #DevRel a while. Congrats on the new NYC office! I use @n8n in my own projects & would love to see events showcase its true potential. @JanOberhauser would be glad to consult if you ever want a hand building community in the city 😉

The space would have benefited from @n8n demo stations grouped by verticals to show off community workflows. I would have run a contest leading up & invited winners to speak. Let people scan to grab copies or unlock exclusives just for attendees. Make the space interactive!

The @n8n story I’d run – We power X automations a day (validate) – Show complex workflows upfront (inspire) – Highlight community creations (support) – CEO vision for what’s next (potential) Skip founding stories and stats. Lead with the big stuff, close with the future potential

If I was running the event, I’d kick things off with an n8n-powered check-in: scan → prize or credits → demo it live on stage. Right away @n8n powers the event and the everyone who attends gets something while seeing it in action.

The most frustrating thing about @lovable_dev isn't the slop output, it's the lack of support even when you are spending over $250 a month. File a bug & you get an AI generate response, no way to recover credits after hours of failures, & a community left to fend for itself. 👎

I'm going to write up my thoughts on how these #VibeCoding tools are just slot machines designed so the house always wins. Also wanted to share some of the better workflows I've figured out after spending lots of time, money, and resources into figuring them out. Stay tuned.

Finally ditching @lovable_dev. After spending hundreds of dollars & watching quality/cost plummet, I can’t justify it. It's yet to create anything shippable without LOTS of manual coding/fixing. @GitHubCopilot is far superior at a fraction of the cost. It's not me, it's 100% you!

I don't understand why these preorders are so bad. This is a really easy problem to fix outside of trying to keep your site up. Just have open pre-orders, 1 per person, don't close when more preorder than initial stock, & just let people know what their backorder window will be.

Not a great day for people looking to preorder a @Nintendo #Switch2 and be working on @gamestop's website or at @Cloudflare. It's one thing to not be able to keep a site up but it's another to plaster your company's name all over the error page so everyone knows who to blame 🤔

Well @ReaddyAI is not ready for primetime. Still can't get it to work. It said errors don't cost credits but it didn't generate anything & told me I'm out of credits. There are so many tools popping up that a first impression like this is not good so I'll try something else.

Giving @ReaddyAI a try this morning & can't get it to create a single design. Failed on the first two tries, now it's just stuck showing me their logo animation while nothing happens. Has anyone had any luck with this?
